Matt and I officially started our diet this morning. We woke up at 5:15am and got on the the treadmills for about 25 minutes. I got his lunch packed and made our breakfast. We had 1 cup corn flakes, 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup applesauce (
unsweetened) and 1/4 cup sunflower seed, along with 16oz water. I have to tell ya, at first I thought "that's not enough"....holy cow was I wrong...I'm so full right now. Which I guess is a good thing cause I can't eat anything until lunch time.
I still need to weigh myself and take my starting measurements. And I need to get on the Wii Fit. I try to make that a part of my daily routine. I think this diet is going to go really well...or at least I hope it does.
